So, there's a peninsula lot with water on three sides, as well as a virtually 360 degree panoramic view of the Indian River on the East Coast of Central Florida.
THE CHALLENGE: Design a new contemporary house while maintaining the existing house's perimeter or risk rezoning by the city.
THE RESULTS: "The Pointe House" An open and exciting floor plan with every room viewing the waterfront without compromising the livability of the house and staying within the boundaries of the existing house as the site plan shows.
The FIRST FLOOR is the entertaining level of the house with Great Room, curved kitchen with panoramic view, a circular staircase with elevator in the center being the focal point as it winds upward to the bedroom level while viewing the coastline.
Even the Theater can be opened up to the views of the Indian River when used as a game room.
The SECOND FLOOR houses all the bedrooms complete with two masters and three secondary full suites with walls of glass even in the bathrooms. The Master Suite has a bathroom which accessed the curved Sunset Balcony on the West side of the house.
The ROOF TOP level will hold a spa and sun area, Putt Putt Golf, Shuffleboard Court, as well as a fully functioning SOLAR FARM harnessing the power of the beautiful and plentiful Florida sunshine.
